Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our handmade products—especially body care items such as shea body butter—we are unable to accept returns on used or opened items for health and hygiene reasons.
To be eligible for a return:

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund in these cases.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
